Cancellation Policy

I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your project, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel before the work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. If work has already begun, a refund will not be honoured. If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days without prior agreement, Lily Jones Marketing reserves the right to reschedule the remaining work or close the project. Any additional work required to restart the project may be quoted for separately.
